Patterns and texture make this a good image. Light is fairly even across the image with a good exposure. The windows and door add mysterious interest. Lines that create triangles adds viewer interest.
The small leaves at top are a distraction and could be removed with image editor, such as lightroom.

Lovely old place, well seen with all these triangles, shapes, textures and lines in it. It holds a kind of serenity to me. The overcast in the sky is a must for this image, yet it is somewhat flat.
Photo editing programs provide you with options to bring the image more ‘alive’. Learn to experiment with it.
