Well seen and composed. It wouldn't do it without the red chair.

Subject matter is of significant interest, and requires the viewer to think about who the person might be, or what is destination. Excellent tonal range, and good subject for monochrome rendition.
Good detail throughout, although the image may have added interest by choosing a more shallow depth of field, to allow the background to blur but keep the subject sharp.
Did the photographer make an image when the subject was walking through the right side window area? This would leave more space for the subject to walk into.

Good exposure. Placement of the subject matter is well handled. Red chair adds interest, and is placed well in the image. Unfortunately, the door is tipping down slightly on the right, the image would be stronger if the top of the door were level.
