This is a toy bird, hanging in balance on its beak. I wanted to see this bird in a bit motion without losing its original beauty. So I shot this in “Raw” format. I mounted my camera Nikon D70s on sturdy tripod with a flash in bounce direction to void harsh shadow. I set my camera on “Manual” mode with opening f22 and shutter speed ranging from ¼ to full 2 second to record the motion.

When I moved the bird with my finger, it was going around in circle. I took several shots with bounce flash at different shutter speed in order to record the motion and this was one of the best I selected for display. Later on, I converted into B&W, used Brightness/Contrast and sharpened the image in Photoshop.
