Image needs more exposure to bring out the colors of the oranges and the greens surrounding them.
Try cropping closer by, don’t need to see all the empty crates on the left.

Interesting documentary shot that tells a story.
Unfortunately for a competition it isn’t strong enough.
Moving some of the stuff around to choreograph the image and moving around to other angles would help make it stronger.

This image has a good story. We can see the work proceeding and the stacked oranges on the right.
A slightly lower angle with a wider angle may have given us a stronger, more interesting image. Including a person would have been even better.
