Photojournalistic in style, this scene offers a look of poverty and disrepair. Without a person, perhaps at the window pulling off the laundry to give this image some humanity it becomes a sad view of this place.

Exposure is great and detail shows up well. Composition has been thought out. Sometimes staying and waiting for an additional element to happen once you have picked out a great background can get that top shot.
