Title: Kid at the Street

Jurors Scores Critiques
Wes Bergen 7 The child is positioned in a pleasing spot in the image, and is wearing a bright sweater – all of which aid the composition. On the other hand, the image would be improved by moving in closer to eliminate much of the featureless grey areas.

Allen Bargen 7 Street Art like this is always a challenge, especially when children are involved. The scene is certainly cute. We cannot see the Child’s face clearly, and her right hand is hidden behind the concrete structure. Images like this take precise timing to be spectacular.

Lynne Kelman 5 Composed using the thirds rule---a nice pop of colour on the child’s outfit---unfortunately, the viewer does not know what the child has seen or is reaching for, as the child’s hand is blocked by the post----it should have been important to show what the child was after----
