Wool-shearing ceremony started from 20th February to 20th May. The best time for wool shearing is a little while before migration of tribe to cold region, so sheep get lighter, owing to wool cutting.

Time needed for shearing a sheep is 15 to 20 minutes; thus a sheerer may cut 3 to 4 sheep per hour. Women collect cut wool. First, they put away the annual need of the family and the rest is packaged for sale.
