Title: Maybe...

Jurors Scores Critiques
Larry Breitkreutz 8 Exposure is perfect. Nice catch light in the eye. Interesting composition with the placement of the bird’s head. Unfortunately, the background is overly bright and distracting.

Allen Bargen 8.5 Good exposure on the Raptor’s head and eyes, the focus is good in these areas. Focus falls away in the wings. When shooting these animals, a deep depth of field is needed to get them in better focus.

Richard Shapka 6.5 Focus on beak and eye is correct. Background is generally not distracting. Exposure is good.
The bird appears ‘unhappy or sad’ in its environment. If that is what the photographer wished to capture, it is well done.

The bird is in a very static, non-active position. It is difficult to imagine what the whole of the bird is.
