Lighting and filling in some holes may make the image more impactful.

Competent composition and good depth of field chosen. Good color contrast shows details of the repetition. Eye of peacock is sharp (which it has to be). It shows the symmetry between the head and the tale.
If photographer had adjusted position a little left, the peacock head could be a little positioned to give the composition a bit more balance on the right side.

Lovely composition -
The small white spot on the top left corner lets the eye wander there. It is easily removed with healing brush, or clone stamp – then it would be a “perfect” image.
