Delta Photography Club

Lorna Taylor is a painter and photographer living in Tsawwassen, British Columbia. She has attended numerous art schools, including four consecutive scholarships to Newfoundland Academy of Art. She also attended New York Academy of Arts, and studied botanical art at the University of Alberta.

Lorna’s interest in photography and painting stems from a love of nature. She is drawn to nature, abstract and macro photography. Her interest in nature photography heavily influences and informs her painting style. She is inspired by such artists as Tom Thompson and Georgia O’Keefe.

Lorna has begun to garner attention in the local photography scene by winning several awards from the Delta Photography Club, Canadian Association of Photographic Arts, and Canadian Geographic.
