Born in Isfahan, Iran, 1944

When he was young, he started to feel very passionate and got interested in painting & calligraphy. He left school and went boarding-school, when he was ten years old. He could enjoy in the presence of artists such as the late Mosavar-ol-Maleki, Archang, who was carpet painter, the late Jafar Rashtian, who was skillful in Safavid & Qajar Era painting and the late Habib-Allah Faza'eli, who was great calligrapher.

When he was 25, he made a workshop and started to teach scholar in art. Style of Zarrin Naghsh was not restricted to special field, but he was active in various fields, such as carpet map, Qajar painting, Miniature by watercolor or oil on Canvas. He has participated in group exhibitions and he has held 15 solo exhibitions. His works were exhibited in a Group Exhibition at Caroun Art Gallery , North Vancouver , Canada in 2010.
