“As an artist, I have always been striving to merge, infused and combine the symbols and elements of elegant Persian Carpet world with classic and modern calligraphy to create a unique visionary that carries an in depth message of authentic Iranian art and culture.

Firmly believe in artist obligation for my work to be a mirror that reflects not only eternal human being issues such as dilemmas, happiness, sadness, love and demons but to reflect contemporary matters, which are source of recent struggle of human kind to make this world a better place to live, to have the essence of time embedded in texture, colors and composition of the work, I have always had the drive to create such art work, regardless of borders, although there are restrictions in some parts of the world for reflect what an artist truly sees and believes.

Being perpetually inspired by calligraphy, and as a carpet designer graduated, I have entertained the idea of bringing these two fine arts together and promote their combination. No need to be mentioned that the marriage between diversified original styles of Persian carpet and calligraphy elegance is eye-catching, yet for me it is paramount importance to represent Persian noble art and culture.

My ultimate happiness and sense of achievement is when someone have a better feeling by looking at my art, feeling love, sympathy, positive vibes and found honesty in my work.

While studying painting at the university, I passed some courses on photography and I became interested to photography, doing it as hobby for a long time. These days, I’m thinking of adding some elements of photography to my art, as well as being more active in photography events.”
