Born in Rasht, 1920
Tehran University, Fine Arts Faculty
Employee of the Ministry of Finance
Manager of the Secondary School of Fine Arts
He had individual exhibitions in Borqese Gallery in Tehran
and also in galleries in Paris and in USA; Vishkai had
group exhibitions in Tehran's Cultural institutes, Apadana
Gallery and Mehregan Club
Most of his works are portraits and they are in private
and publicly-owned collections.
