Mohammad Modabber, the good friend of Hossein Qollar-Aghasi, learned painting at Seyed Ghaffar Isfahani’s school. He joined the group of
Coffee Shop Painters soon. Having lost his father in childhood, he began earning money by acting for a while in passion plays, thus acquiring considerable knowledge in the field of religious traditions. Owning to this background, he devoted most of his talent to drawing liturgical panels. He resorted to the use of perspective and other elements of European religious painters. He was a nature painter. He deceased in 1967 in poor too.
