Extremely busy background with disturbing lights. Different angle and careful composition could possibly be less confusing. About the title: Who or what is being admired?

There is good focus on the bird, which is well situated in the frame.
Overexposure and high contrast in the slightly overexposed background, detract from the bird as subject.
Using a wider aperture with corresponding shutter speed would ease some of the background distraction. A difficult lighting situation here.
