Title: A View to a Religious Place

Jurors Scores Critiques
Wes Bergen 8 Very strong centre of interest, nicely framed within the arch. Moving to the right just a few inches would have allowed us to see the tip of the minaret, and made it even stronger.

The dark areas of the image are quite heavy and lacking in detail. This could have improved by moving in a bit closer or brightening the shadows in your editing software.

Allen Bargen 7 The choice to use the structure as a frame for the Minaret was a good one. While we cannot know if it was possible to do so, had you been able to move a lit to your right, and drop down a little, you may have been able to include the top of the spire in the photo as well.

Also consider bringing up the exposure on the sandstone building a little to let us see more of the details we know are there.

Lynne Kelman 7 A good example of framing your subject----with detail in the foreground-- both the spire and the rounded roof of the temple are in sharp focus.
