Title: The Dawn Comes

Jurors Scores Critiques
Satya Danu 5 “The down comes”. Can you explain this title to me? Does it refer to the tree trunk that 'might' come down eventually? It definitely obscures the lovely old fence gate. And the white sky does not contribute to anything either. Even if you would crop off the top part, the tree trunk in it would not make a presentable image.

Richard Shapka 4 Not certain of the intention of the photographer with this image.

Contrast levels are at the extreme, with blocking blacks at the bottom and no information in the whites at upper right. Suggest the photographer make a test image as a first image (always) to check camera Exposure, then add some compensation exposure (plus or minus) depending on subject matter.

Tree trunk running through the absolute middle of the image is distracting.

Larry Breitkreutz 6 Top third of image is too much over exposed. Contrast is severe.
