A nice pastel feel to this image belies the sharp exposure you have given this image. The reflections are excellently seen. If possible, completing the reflections at bottom right would benefit the shot.
Bring up your colours just a bit to give the image a pop, but not too much. Your buildings are nice and straight and you were blessed with still water for a very nice photo.
