My first experience with photography was when I began using a Kodak Brownie camera, when I was 10 years old. I studied art and literature, when I was at home in Tehran. I worked in the theatre and movie industry before moving to Canada. In the 70’s and 80’s, I worked as an AV technician and then in the film department at SFU. I got degrees in Liberal Arts and Humanities at SFU. I’m interested in all aspects of arts: visual and performing. I am engaged in both photography and painting and have not limited myself to any genre or isms in art. |
