Kilims and rugs of this region, are known as "Pardegi", and woven skillfully by mountain dwellers of different parts of Georgia.

These hand-woven are used as wall-hanging and covers of furniture.

Scenery images are usually used in compositions of Georgia carpets. Each family has its own design. As kilims are not for sale, remain in houses, where have been woven.

Colors of these textures are so limited, but have many different designs. Kilims have flower and geometric images.

Sometimes these two images are used in a kilim. It has to be mentioned that most of these kilims have very simple designs.
