Library of the City of Belgrade is
city library, public and parent by its type and functions, the
largest lending library in Belgrade. Beside the central, it has 13
organizational units in municipalities, with total of 91 branches.

Monday-Friday 8:00-22:00
Saturday 8:00-15:00
Sunday 9:00-13:00
Funds of the library totals 480,000 publications:
General fund with about 350,000 publications
Native fund about 25,000
Art fund about 10,000
Periodical fund with about 25,000 bound serial publications
Children book fund with about 70,000 publications
During a year (2001), Library of the City of Belgrade has
15,000-20,000 members, over 500,000 visitors and about 500,000
publications are lent. It has 135 employees.
