Damavand
Damavand, 75 km North-east of Tehran, with cold winter and
pleasant summer, has several hot and mineral springs.
Karaj
It is located 45 km West of Tehran and had great growing
during 1980s and 1990s.
Savojbolaq
It is located West of Karaj, with pleasant climate,
numerous springs.
Shahr-Rey
It dates back to Achaemenian era and contains many
monuments, as the Relics of Ancient Rey, rock relief of
Sassanid period, Hill of Mil, Haroun Prison,
Naqareh-khaneh tower, Bibi Shahr-banou and Imam-zadeh Shah
Abdolazim.
Shahriar
Shahriar is located South-west of Tehran. There is relics
of old caravansary.
Shemiranat
This district consists of Fasham, Oushan, Meigoun and
Lavasanat, with fresh air, rivers and waterfalls. Tajrish,
now a part of Tehran, is the center of Shemiranat.
Varamin
This ancient city is located South-East of Tehran and is
the center of agriculture, husbandry and flower planting.
Iraj Tower, Alladin Tower and Congregational Mosque are
among its monuments.
