Meshed's Mosalla
This building consists of a central high terrace and two
small terraces culminating in square areas on the sides,
which were built during the reign of Shah Solomon Sahavi
(1667), for celebration and Friday Prayers.
On the last wall of the terrace, an altar is situated. A
cornice written in white Thulth script is on ultramarine
tiles over the perimeter. The name of the writer (Mohammad
Hussein Inayat Allah), as well as the conclusion date of
the construction (1667) is given in the sentence; also the
architecture, "Hajj Shoja Isfahani".
The terrace coverings are decorated with multi-colored
mosaic tiles, in ultramarine framed background and
internal view is decorated with stalactites, chambers,...
