Seyed Abdol-Salam Ghazi
Born in 1953, Ardakan, Fars Province

He was born in a religious family. From his youth, his passion for writing rose; he started calligraphy with the effort from the manuscript, which were left from his late grandfather.

After a while, he abandoned writing for some years, due to the coming to Shiraz, in order to continue his studies.

In 1982, he was admitted to the presence of his great mentor, Mohammad Mohajer; and with the beneficiation of his mentor's great tutorship, he succeeded to achieve the Prime Certificate from the Iran Calligraphers Society in 1988.

He is the professor of calligraphy in Shiraz Calligraphers Society since 1989.
